Shipping Policy and Claim Handling: Many items are handmade and imported. Imperfections and color variations are expected and are a natural result of this hand-made process. Therefore, this is not an acceptable reason for return and should be considered when ordering.
If breakage occurs in your shipment, please email us at [email protected] and include pictures and descriptions. Please do not throw away packaging until all issues have been resolved with the shipping company. All claims of damage must be reported within FIVE business days of receiving the order.
Order Processing Time: Once we receive your order the typical time frame for orders to be pulled and processed depends on the shipping method:
UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
Pallet (Freight): 5-7 business days
All packages are shipped via UPS or pallet. Picking and packing orders will begin once a verified credit card is on file. Large orders will be shipped via truck freight (pallet) and customers will be contacted regarding the carrier.
To help offset shipping costs to these states we recommend shipping to the nearest terminal. Doing so helps avoid additional costs and can greatly reduce transit time.
Inside delivery, re-delivery, call for appointment, and limited access will be individually assessed. Freight charges for UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, and all pallet orders can only be determined once an order is pulled and packed.
